Microdosing Yoga

Microdosing Yoga is an application of yoga practices to use throughout the day for a quick reset of mood, energy and nervous system. It can be practiced almost anywhere, and takes only a few minutes. When we consciously and actively acknowledge and reset mood and energy, we build self-empowerment and prevent further symptoms from arising.
