In this 5-week class, we delve deeply into the practice of LifeForce Yoga® to naturally manage imbalances of mood. Learn to calm the reactive mind through the use of calming and energizing breath practices, chakra clearing meditations, use of mudra and sound, and therapeutic use of asana. Develop your own home practice to meet individualized goals. No prior yoga experience required. Classes meet 5 Wednesdays from 6-7:30pm on 4/4-5/9/12. No class on 4/11. Location: NY Open Center. Members:$110/Nonmembers $120 for the 5-session series.
